All HFHS employees - please park as you normally would.
All other attendees please park at Henry Ford Main Campus self-parking West Pavilion (free) or valet ($10.00) parking areas at the Main Entrance (on W. Grand Blvd) or the East Clinic Entrance (on Lodge Svc Dr.)

Directions to the Conference Rooms:
The conference will be held at the Education and Research (E&R) building on the second floor. Please note that the morning conference will be held in E&R 2055. There are 10 rooms blocked per night for 11/22 and 11/23/24 at the rate of $194 per room per night.
Booking Instructions:
When making a reservation, you will need to provide the group code of SMMS24 for the Street Medicine Michigan Symposium 2024. Group code reservations can be booked via the Hotel Saint Regis website: www.hotelstregisdetroit.com by selecting the reservations tab and entering the group code provided (SMMS24). Guests can also call the hotel directly at 313-873-3000.
